DANCE PRICING

Dance photography can be done in studio or at an external location (inside or outside).

After school program class/student photography (see below packages)

ON-LOCATION DANCE/CLASS PHOTOGRAPHY

Option 1: Available for class and solo photos where images are sold to parents by use of an order form. Digital and printed photo packages are available along with custom collages. Printed photos are delivered in acid free archival photo bags. Photo package examples.

Studio owners will receive complimentary images and the ability to reserve a time slot in order to acquire specific posed marketing photos.

Photos are taken using a white extra large 20' wide x 10' tall x 10' deep white backdrop with studio lighting.

Option 2: Photos can be taken during class as "candid" or "posed" during regular class time. Studio owner receives all useable images taken during service time slot. Studio owners will be charged for photographers time. Billed hourly, minimum 2 hour charge. 10% deposit required.

"AT YOUR LOCATION" PROFESSIONAL DANCE PACKAGES

For live dance events, performances, cast headshots and marketing purposes.

On Location Package $1200.00

4 hour time slot
Includes 1 pre-determined backdrop and lights (if required).
If for live event or technical rehearsal photography, please advise in advance as different equipment is required.
Surcharge applicable for extra backdrops and assistant (if required).
Package includes all digital "eyes open" jpg images taken during session.
Photo retouching extra.
Client is responsible for any required permits.
Client is responsible for hotel costs if overnight stay is required.
Pricing includes travel where travel is deemed a reasonable distance from studio location otherwise a milage surcharge will be added based on time/distance from studio location.
Prints extra. Prices vary depending on size and printable material requested.
$200.00 deposit required to book photo session.
Balance of payment due in full upon completion of photo shoot. Photos will be delivered by ftp or thumb drive.
Additional time, $40.00 per 1/2 hour.

IN STUDIO PACKAGES

By the Hour

A one hour time slot is $60.00,
A 1/2 hour time slot is $35.00
$60.00 studio fee (+HST) deposit at time of appointment booking. This deposit will cover the first hour of studio time OR a 1/2 hour time slot + one image. An invoice will be provided.
Additional studio time is billed at $35.00 per 30 minutes.
First 3 high resolution full frame digital format images (jpg), $25.00 each. Additional images, after first 3 are $15.00 each. Printed images are also available. Prices depend on print size and what they are printed on.
Basic photo edit/clean is included (if required). Additional charges for photo cleaning is extra.
If a headshot is also required, It can be done during the session. Please advise in advance to allot appropriate time.
No charge for additional backgrounds or clothing change, however time required to change the backgrounds and your attire will be included as part of the hourly charge. Please come prepared to avoid additional cost.
Balance of payment due in full upon completion of photo shoot. Photos will be delivered by ftp.

Individual/Couple's Package $230.00

2 hour time slot + 15 minute break allowance for clothing change/make up refresh
Ideal for glamour shots, performers and couples.
Photos can focus on entire body and incorporate movement; example dancer and/or head & shoulders.
2 backdrops
Package includes 6 high resolution digital jpg images.
Additional digital images $13.00 ea
Prints extra. Prices vary depending on size and printable material requested.
$60.00 deposit required to book time slot.
Balance of payment due in full upon completion of photo shoot. Photos will be delivered by ftp.
Additional time/running overtime $35.00 per 1/2 hour.

Family/Group Package $600.00

3 hour time slot + 15 minute break allowance for clothing change/make up refresh and background swap.
Maximum 8 people
Package also ideal for infants & small children where more time is planned for "fussing".
Photos focus on individuals as well as group shots. Time per person varies depending on size of group and ages (infant/toddler/children/adult).
2 backdrops included.
Package includes 23 high resolution digital jpg images.
Additional images $10.00 ea.
Prints extra. Prices vary depending on size and printable material requested.
$100.00 deposit required to book time slot.
Balance of payment due in full upon completion of photo shoot. Photos will be delivered by ftp or thumb drive.
Additional time/running overtime $35.00 per 1/2 hour.

Professional Package $900.00

4 hour time slot + two 10 minute breaks to allow for clothing change/make up refresh and background swap.
Maximum 10 people
Photos focus on individuals as well as group shots. Time per person varies depending on size of group.
3 backdrops included.
All "eyes open" images included.
Includes minor photo retouching of 10 images (if required).
Prints extra. Prices vary depending on size and printable material requested.
$150.00 deposit required to book time slot.
Balance of payment due in full upon completion of photo shoot. Photos will be delivered by ftp or thumb drive.
Additional time/running overtime $35.00 per 1/2 hour.

deposit is required at time of session booking. Payment can be made by e-transfer, cash or cheque. Deposits very depending on package selection. Appointments cancelled with 24 hours notice can be rescheduled at no additional charge or penalty. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit.
